ThinkSoft structured the software system lifecycle in 3 stages associated with 3 different kinds of contract.     Each stage is divided into a number of phases. Each phase has a number of iterations and each iteration ends with a deliverable that is a system release. Each cycle main deliverable is a software system generation.
